Open Positions North America

  • Partner Account Manager  : The Partner Account Manager (“PAM”) is key to the growth of Acumatica’s and our Partner’s business. As part of the PAM Sales team, you will be our feet on the ground working with our Partners in your assigned geography, and execute strategic programs to activate new Partners.
  • ERP Solutions Consultant : The ERP Solutions Consultant is a product expert primarily responsible for providing solution assistance and resolution to client issues.
  • Platform Evangelist : The Platform Evangelists will bring a degree of expertise that is integral to Acumatica’s and partner’s success. The Platform Evangelists we’re searching for are developers to their core. They’re data-driven, partner focused, and community obsessed.
  • ERP Support Engineer : As an ERP Support Engineer, you will be part of our support teams directly interacting with our partners and customers and helping them resolve their ongoing issues or how to questions. Cross functional communication with other teams including engineering, services and level 2 support teams.
  • Education & Training Program Manager : The Education & Training Program Manager is key to the growth of Acumatica’s and our partner’s business. You will be responsible for the design, management, execution, and oversight of Acumatica’s education and training programs. The successful candidate will create both the short and long term vision of the education and training programs using direct interaction with our partners as well as cross-functional coordination with the sales, marketing, services, and finance teams. This position encompasses both the strategic and tactical aspects of an education and enablement program, everything from the foundational business processes that define the program to actual execution and delivery of the training courses
  • Partner Program Manager : The Partner Program Manager is key to the growth of Acumatica’s and our partner’s business. This position is responsible for leading and managing Acumatica’s Partner Program. This includes the overall external value proposition to partners, foundational business processes that define the program, and ensuring that partner managers, both internal and external, have a clear framework for partner engagement. This position involves direct interaction with Acumatica’s partners and internal partner account managers, as well as cross-functional coordination with marketing, services, and finance teams.
  • Software Developer (Web .NET/C#) : As a software developer at Acumatica Labs in Montreal, you will participate in the development of our award-winning cloud ERP. You will be developing customer facing features used by thousands of users worldwide. We are passionate about quality, and enjoy optimizing our systems for speed, reliability and scale.   • Technical Product Manager : You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel, partners, and key customers.
  • Sales Engineer : The Sales Engineer is the primary technical resource for an elite group of Acumatica Partners that have demonstrated the ability to consistently outperform. The Individual is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the partners as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
  • Implementation Consultant : The Implementation Consultant is the resource responsible for planning and managing all aspects of implementations related to Acumatica Cloud ERP. The individual will primarily work in conjunction with the partners whom sell and implement Acumatica for their customers. The individual will act as the key advisor, product advocate, and a resource in implementation projects by partners.
  • .Net / ASP Developer & Solutions Consultant : The .Net / ASP Developer & Support is responsible for working with our partners and consulting staff on projects requiring custom developed software and enhancements to existing systems. This role requires knowledge of the Microsoft technologies, software design concepts, software development, relational database architecture, documentation preparation and the ability to clearly convey and verify an understanding of requirements set forth for the given task.  Working knowledge with ERP applications and general business or financial accounting solutions is required.
  • Technical Solutions Consultant: The ERP Technical Escalations Support Engineer is a product expert primarily responsible for providing technical assistance and resolution to especially challenging client issues escalated by the customer support team.

Open Positions – Moscow, Russia

  • Technical Writer: We are looking for a person with strong English-language and technical skills to improve existing documentation, training materials, and user manuals for distribution to Acumatica partners and customers. The quality of these documents is critical since they can improve the user experience and reduce customer service costs.
  • Software Engineer (Application): We are looking for really great developers to work on Cloud ERP project in our Moscow office. We work with C#, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server, and an affinity with these would be nice, but we know that great developers can learn these things on the job. Whatever technologies, languages, or development environments you’ve been using, we expect you to have mastered them in depth, and we expect that you will be able to master any technology, language, or development environment that we need in the future.
  • Software Engineer (Platform): We are looking for really great developers to work on Cloud ERP project in our Moscow office. We work with C#, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server, and an affinity with these would be nice, but we know that great developers can learn these things on the job.   • Support Engineer (2nd Level Support): We are looking for a person to join our Moscow Support Team. The perfect candidate should have solid English, understanding of accounting principles, experience with other ERP, CRM systems, technical background. We are ready to speak to you and assess your skills even if you don’t satisfy all of these requirements!

 

Open Positions – Asia

  • Partner Account Manager, Indonesia : The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is the primary point of contact for Acumatica partners, and will be responsible for sales, logistical and operational support. This is a key role in growing the business in Indonesia. The PAM will work with an experienced team of industry professionals.
  • ERP Solutions Consultant : As a Solution Consultant you are responsible to meet quarterly quota objectives working with the Channel Sales organization. You will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of requirements analysis, solution development, in depth product demonstrations, training and occasional professional services consulting. This role is the trusted advisor for presenting Acumatica to resellers and clients during the sales process. The ability to understand business process flow with strong technical and presentation skills is essential for success in this role.
  • Demand Generation Lead : We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales and Marketing lead who can handle the dual responsibilities of managing a tele sales team and at the same time delivering exceptional lead generation and qualification results. This role covers the South East Asia region and with the potential for regional growth.
  • Demand Generation Executive : We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual who is looking to build a career in business development & marketing. This role covers the South East Asia region and with the potential for regional growth.
