• ISV Technical Program Manager: We are looking for a talented developer to interact with other software companies to explain the benefits of developing on web and cloud-based platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work with Acumatica’s business development team to gain a broad understanding of the ERP and software industry. The right individual will combine technical and people related skills to help others create top tier business software solutions.
   
• Business Development and ISV Partner Manager: The position is responsible for expanding Acumatica’s ISV ecosystem by recruiting and managing ISVs that fill functional gaps in Acumatica’s cloud ERP offerings. The job also involves evangelizing Acumatica’s development platform among members of this developer community by working with marketing and technical team members to publish blog posts, journals, and papers.
   
• Support Professional: The Support Professional is a product expert primarily responsible for providing help desk technical assistance and resolution to client issues.
   
• Technical Product Manager: You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel, partners, and key customers.
   
• Software Product Architect: As the Software Product Architect, you will lead functional design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to design innovative solutions to real market problems. You will work closely with product managers, user interaction designers, and software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.
   
• Senior Sales Engineer: The Senior Sales Engineer is the primary technical resource for an elite group of Acumatica Partners that have demonstrated the ability to consistently outperform. The Individual is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the partners as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
   
• Sales Engineer: The Sales Engineer is the primary technical resource for the Acumatica sales force. These include our value added resellers, our team of account managers, and our partner recruitment managers. The Individual is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
   
• Technical Escalations Support Engineer: The Technical Escalations Support Engineer is a product expert primarily responsible for providing technical assistance and resolution to especially challenging client issues escalated by the customer support team.
   
• Senior Application Engineer: The Senior Applications Engineer is responsible for working with our partners and consulting staff on projects requiring custom developed software and enhancements to existing systems. This role requires knowledge of the Microsoft technologies, software design concepts, software development, relational database architecture, documentation preparation and the ability to clearly convey and verify an understanding of requirements set forth for the given task. Working knowledge with ERP applications and general business or financial accounting solutions is required.
   
• Technical Trainer: The Technical Trainer is responsible for design and delivery of all Acumatica’s technical training courses and other developer learning interactions for Acumatica partners, customers, and internal staff. This role requires extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technologies, software design concepts, software development, relational database architecture, and documentation preparation.
   
• Implementation Consultant: The Implementation Consultant is the resource responsible for planning and managing all aspects of implementations related to Acumatica Cloud ERP. The individual will primarily work in conjunction with the partners whom sell and implement Acumatica for their customers. The individual will act as the key advisor, product advocate, and a resource in implementation projects by partners.

• Technical Writer: We are looking for a person with strong English-language and technical skills to improve existing documentation, training materials, and user manuals for distribution to Acumatica partners and customers. The quality of these documents is critical since they can improve the user experience and reduce customer service costs.

• Software Engineer (Application): We are looking for really great developers to work on Cloud ERP project in our Moscow office. We work with C#, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server, and an affinity with these would be nice, but we know that great developers can learn these things on the job. Whatever technologies, languages, or development environments you’ve been using, we expect you to have mastered them in depth, and we expect that you will be able to master any technology, language, or development environment that we need in the future.

• Software Engineer (Platform): We are looking for really great developers to work on Cloud ERP project in our Moscow office.
