Director of Channel Marketing

We are looking for a talented individual with channel marketing and ERP software experience to drive sales through a large and growing channel of value added resellers (VARs) and independent software vendors (ISVs). The ideal candidate will be able to build programs which motivate resellers to reach mid-sized business customers in their specific vertical market and geographical areas.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage channel marketing programs
  • Work with channel sales managers to develop new programs and engage partners
  • Communicate with partners through webinars, meetings, email, and social media
  • Develop marketing materials and collateral to support partners sales and marketing activities
  • Develop marketing materials and collateral to support channel sales managers recruitment activities
  • Maintain awareness of competitive products and partner offerings
  • Represent Acumatica at trade shows and events

Required Skills and Talents

  • Experience with ERP or accounting software
  • Four-year college degree from a top school
  • Minimum 3 years of channel marketing experience at a successful software company
  • Understanding of traditional marketing and online marketing methods
  • Demonstrated success and initiative in previous jobs
  • Portfolio of materials created to support channel marketing efforts

Location and Travel

  • Washington, DC area (preferred)
  • Some travel required
