Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a talented person to manage a team responsible for testing and quality assurance. Acumatica targets mid-range customers with complex accounting requirements who expect perfection. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that new releases and features meet these high customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with software quality assurance and testing.

Core Responsibilities

  • QA team management and overall responsibility for the QA process.
  • Planning and preparation of procedures for ensuring the quality of new features and releases of software.
  • Planning and execution of test cases, using defined methodologies for manual and/or automated tests.
  • Enhancing QA procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance standards.
  • Performing final QA analysis and preparation of various KPI metrics and statistical information.

Required Skills and Talents

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in software quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Financial, and Operational Management.
  • Experience in leading testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience in building, leading, and motivating teams.
  • Experience and success in managing teams with technical staff.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
