Senior Program Manager
We are looking for a talented person to design elegant solutions to complex problems using cloud based software. The Senior Product Manager will have to be comfortable working multiple projects and designing elegant solutions based on customer feedback, industry trends, and engineering capabilities. The result of this candidate's efforts will be functional and technical requirements that deliver flexible solutions which can be customized by Acumatica partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer affinity, attention to detail, proven track record working with developers, excellent written and oral communication skills, and great project management skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Help drive the design and implementation of our cloud ERP product.
- Gather, formulate, and document end user and business requirements and work closely with developers to ensure product functionality is tracking to the strategic plan and vision.
- Establish project communication plans and manage relationships with international customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Provide technical leadership to the team by discussing trade-offs, setting priorities, and assessing risk based on the needs of the project.
- Work independently to initiate process improvements and generate new ideas.
Required Skills and Talents
- BA/BS Degree in relevant technical or business discipline.
- 5+ years program management experience
- 3+ years project management experience
- Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, or other relevant business application projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical users.
- Passion for delivering excellence and business value through people, process, and technology.
- Skills needed to accurately assess and schedule work to meet business deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills.
Location and Travel
- Washington, DC area (preferred)
- Some travel between Washington, DC and Moscow required
