Mobile Application for Windows 8 Users

• The ‘Expense It for Acumatica’ app allows Windows 8 users to quickly and easily submit, edit and review expense claims on the fly. 
• Submit receipts instantly when on the go, using the built-in camera.
• Comprehensive functionality to keep expense claims on hold, edit later and release only when ready. Review all prior claims and filter on approval status.

  If a bill was generated and applied incorrectly, it can now be reversed and regenerated.

• Simplified time card: Time card capabilities have been added throughout the application to log activities and track billable time without having to rely on CRM. 

• Centralized approvals processing: Save time and more easily manage process flow by using a single screen to display all required approvals.

Tax Management

• Tax reporting improvements: Tax reports now include reporting branch, configurable decimal place accuracy, and your preferred tax rounding method. Additionally, you can update reports after a period has closed.

Distribution Management

• Inventory replenishment suggestions: Improve your cash flow and avoid over-/under-stocking with recommendations based on historical sales data analysis.

• USPS integration: Get up-to-date freight costs for each shipment your company handles, print the actual carrier labels, and track shipments using actual tracking numbers provided by the carrier.

• Carrier return label support: Print carrier return labels to include in order shipments for easy customer returns.

• Automated Shipments: Fulfill large volumes of shipments using pre-defined packing rules for specific products. Acumatica 4.0 can automatically determine packaging, generate labels, and confirm shipments for multiple orders with just a few clicks.

• Sales tax automation: Automatically calculate sales tax on a real-time basis and benefit from automated tax reports.

• Address validation and standardization: Automatically verifies if addresses are valid and accurate during customer creation, and corrects errors. 

Nubis

• Payroll software: Calculate payroll using Acumatica workflows, approvals and security of timesheets and timecards. Generate corresponding GL entries by branch that includes projects.
