By purchasing an Acumatica license, you gain the flexibility to deploy your software on-premise or host it with a service provider of your choice. The software can run on a server, a virtual server, or a cloud computing environment depending on your needs.


What is included?

  • Perpetual Software License - You receive a perpetual license for the Acumatica software with integrated customization tools. Continue to run the version of Acumatica that you purchase for as long as the system meets your needs.
  • Customization Tools - Web customization tools are included so you can create dashboards, reports, business logic, and database fields. In addition, you can install and use the desktop report writer to create new reports.


What else do you need?

  • Operating Environment - Purchase hardware and configure the operating environment requirements for your software.
  • Maintenance - Acumatica VARs provide annual maintenance plans which include product updates and upgrades. New software is delivered to you for installation.
