- Perpetual Software License - You receive a perpetual license for the Acumatica software with integrated customization tools. Continue to run the version of Acumatica that you purchase for as long as the system meets your needs.
- Customization Tools - Web customization tools are included so you can create dashboards, reports, business logic, and database fields. In addition, you can install and use the desktop report writer to create new reports.

- Operating Environment - Purchase hardware and configure the operating environment requirements for your software.
- Maintenance - Acumatica VARs provide annual maintenance plans which include product updates and upgrades. New software is delivered to you for installation.
