Acumatica offers support to value added resellers, hosting providers, SaaS companies, and ISVs who distribute Acumatica software.
Business customers may purchase support from their value added reseller or service provider.
Support Programs
Customers may seek the following types of assistance from an Acumatica service partner.
Installation Support
Acumatica Partners provide professional services for customers who require help with installation and configuration. By contracting with an Acumatica Partner you gain years of systems implementation experience.
Application Support
Acumatica Partners contract with customers to help you get answers to your application questions. Service partners provide options for per-incident support as well as prepaid support plans so you can get the service that you need.
Software Update Service
Acumatica customers with current maintenance plans receive product upgrades and service packs. Each time a new upgrade is published, your value added reseller will contact you to arrange a time when it is convenient for you to upgrade. This service is free for SaaS customers. License customers may install updates directly or contract with your Acumatica Partner.
Product Training
Acumatica Partners may elect to provide professional services to clients who want to receive specific product training.
End of Life Policy
Acumatica is committed to providing high-quality, cost effective solutions to our customers. For this reason, we have established an official Acumatica End of Life (EOL) policy.
