Acumatica Support Overview

Acumatica offers support to value added resellers, hosting providers, SaaS companies, and ISVs who distribute Acumatica software.

Business customers may utilize free support options or purchase support from their value added reseller or service provider.

Types of Support

Free Support

Acumatica provides free support through online documentation, product help screens, online forums, and our knowledge base. You will receive access to our free support options when you purchase a software license.

Paid Support

Customers may contact their VAR to purchase support programs and professional services. VARs may offer the support services that are described below.

Support Programs

Installation Support

Acumatica Partners provide professional services support for customers who require help with installation and configuration.

Application Support

Acumatica Partners provide customers with per-incident email support for getting answers to application questions.

Software Update Service

Acumatica customers with current maintenance plans will receive product upgrades and service packs through our Software Update Service (SUS). Each time a new upgrade is published, you will receive a notifictaion sent to the email address on record for your account.

Operations Support

Acumatica Partners may elect to provide operations support for a monthly fee. Clients who purchase this service will receive free installation of software updates from Acumatica's Software Update Service and application monitoring.

Product Training

Acumatica Partners may elect to provide professional services to clients who want to receive specific product training.

End of Life Policy

Acumatica is committed to providing high-quality, cost effective solutions to our customers. For this reason, we have established an official Acumatica End of Life (EOL) policy.
