Acumatica Training Overview

Acumatica offers sales training, application training, and technical training to help Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) develop expertise in proposing, installing, operating, customizing, and integrating Acumatica on behalf of clients. Acumatica business customers can browse online documentation and obtain training from Acumatica resellers.

Acumatica training is aimed at providing information about system processing and features and is not intended to provide a background in accounting, tax law, or client-specific process.

Sales Training

Acumatica sales training classes are designed to help partners learn to demonstrate the key features of Acumatica. Training classes are held weekly online for Acumatica partners.

Application Training

Application training is critical to understanding the overall business functionality and capabilities of Acumatica. During application training, participants will learn how to deploy Acumatica and gain a working knowledge of all Acumatica modules to help their clients get the most of an Acumatica deployment.

Technical Training

Technical training describes how to best utilize the Acumatica customization and development tools. During technical training sessions, participants will learn how to customize Acumatica by using the web-based customization tools and the API. Advanced technical classes will also cover the Acumatica SDK for developing new modules or customized solutions using the Acumatica framework.

Training Options

On-site Instructor-led Classroom Training

Classroom training provides in-person instruction using a demonstration site prepared in advance by our product experts. Our professional staff can tailor content to your needs, including instruction on how to install, integrate, configure, customize, and maintain specific modules of Acumatica.

On-site courses are scheduled in the Washington, DC area and include product developers to answer technical questions. Attendees are required to bring a computer with Windows and SQL server installed.

On-line Instructor-led Training

Customers may elect to participate in online training to minimize travel costs and scheduling issues with on-site training. The material covered in on-line training sessions is similar to material provided by on-site training sessions.
