ASC Project Accounting Extension
This module extends Project Accounting into Requests/Requisitions which allows companies to track purchases associated with projects—and their tasks -- from inception. Better manage budgeting activities, inventory purchases, change orders, and reporting for project-based initiatives involving multiple employees, tasks, and materials.
Ideal for professional services organizations, engineering and construction firms, marketing companies, and consultants plus operations firms of all manner that track R&D projects/budgets.
Additionally, data from Request/Requisition screens automatically populate the Purchase Order module screen including a) requestor(s) name, b) approvers name and c) attached files. This screen integration feature dramatically improves productivity eliminating keystrokes and multiple open screens associated with “search for the source” activities required for purchase analysis and approvals.
