Great for small businesses.
June 18th, 2020

Shipstation is a great solution for small businesses, but if you're shipping over 100 packages a day, it can cause some slow down. There isn't an option to be able to automatically kick out Pick Lists as soon as they sync into Shipsation from Acumatica. Make sure that your Acumatica Partner sets up a fix in the Acumatica -> Shipstation connector that doesn't let 1 order hold up the sync, and it syncs everything that doesn't have an issue. This is our biggest frustration with the solution that has recently been resolved. Shipstation is great for creating rules within to speed up the scan to print labels and bulk processing shipments. Overall, it's a good solution, but if you ship over 100 packages a day, it could slow your team down some until it has more automation built in.
