Okta SSO for Acumatica
To enhance your enterprise security and simplify the sign-in process for your users, we implemented Single Sign-on (SSO) extension on the Acumatica Cloud ERP Platform. Enabling our Acumatica SSO plugin, users can sign in (yet no need to sign-up) and access your Acumatica system through the security provider used for authentication, such as Okta. Especially with SSO, only users in your list can access the system!
Below, you can see more clearly how Okta SSO function as third-party providers enabling users to log into your Acumatica instance. Users logging into the system would view the login screen shown in figure 1 below when using the sole sign-in URL for each enterprise hosted by our server.
