Don’t lose sales due to out of stock items and increase revenue by easily recommending additional products. Fully integrated, so substitutions and upsell items are shown in the Acumatica Inventory and Sales Order screens, allowing your team at-their-fingertip information.

Set up of items is easy. Simply categorize inventory items as substitutions and companion items while in the Item Master screen. If you have an out-of-stock item, you can quickly find an alternate item in the substitution tab and then swap items on the sales order. In addition, this add-on shows you upsell items on the same screen and gives you the ability to add those complementary items to the order with a simple click – no additional screens.

Inventory Substitutions & Upsell also has great, built-in visual cues, like easy-to-see checkboxes to indicate the availability of an item. Warehouse views are included as well, so you can view all items by warehouse availability. Additionally, quantity adjustments are a breeze. If a different quantity is needed to fulfill a request, these will be shown along with the substitution or companion product.
