Set up of items is easy. Simply categorize inventory items as substitutions and companion items while in the Item Master screen. If you have an out-of-stock item, you can quickly find an alternate item in the substitution tab and then swap items on the sales order. In addition, this add-on shows you upsell items on the same screen and gives you the ability to add those complementary items to the order with a simple click – no additional screens.
Inventory Substitutions & Upsell also has great, built-in visual cues, like easy-to-see checkboxes to indicate the availability of an item. Warehouse views are included as well, so you can view all items by warehouse availability. Additionally, quantity adjustments are a breeze. If a different quantity is needed to fulfill a request, these will be shown along with the substitution or companion product.
