Acumatica Gmail Integration
The Acumatica Gmail integration allow users to streamline efficiencies working from their Gmail account, including the creation of service or sales orders, contact class, and opportunities. Easily create new contacts, opportunities, leads directly from Gmail and synchronize directly to Acumatica. Email bodies and attachments are also saved back into Acumatica.
Leads and Contacts Search. For any email in a Gmail mailbox, search for a lead or contact in Acumatica that matches the sender’s email for the incoming email or recipient’s email for the outgoing email.
Case or Opportunity Creation. For matching contact or lead record, information is displayed from Acumatica allowing the user to create a Case or Opportunity record and log the activity to be accessible on the Activities Tab of the Contact or Lead record in Acumatica.
Create AP Bills. Using Acumatica's powerful AI tool—AP Document Recognition engine—automatically create vendor AP bills from a PDF attachment.
