Cloud ERP Provider Launches Partnership with Top-ranked Professional Golfer for Upcoming LPGA Seasons

Kirkland, Wash. – February 21, 2023 — Acumatica, an award-winning cloud ERP company, today announced a two-year partnership with Jessica Korda, a highly ranked professional golfer with the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). The company formed this agreement given Korda’s impressive performance on the golf course and Acumatica’s commitment to delivering high-performance solutions that help businesses modernize processes and increase revenue.

Korda has been one of the best golfers on the LPGA since she turned pro in 2011. She has 50 career top-10 finishes and six career victories. She holds a Rolex Women’s World Golf Ranking of 18. She has played in three Solheim Cups (2013, 2019 and 2021) and in the 2020 Olympics. She recently finished runner up at the 2022 Chevron Championship, the first major of the season.

“As a professional golfer, I’m always looking for ways to optimize my performance on and off the course,” said Korda. “Acumatica is a great partner for me because it values performance and is dedicated to continuous improvement. Not only that, but Acumatica also holds values such as resilience and inclusion that resonate deeply with me. I’m proud to wear Acumatica’s logo as I compete in LPGA tournaments worldwide.”

Acumatica CEO John Case noted this partnership during his keynote presentation at the company’s annual Summit event in January. The collaboration with Korda builds upon Acumatica’s efforts to grow its community, broaden its impact and deepen its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, as demonstrated in its two previous partnerships with Paretta Autosport and Joe Gibbs Racing in 2022.

“We’re thrilled to have Jessica Korda representing Acumatica on the golf course. She embodies qualities that are important to us: hard work, perseverance, continuous improvement and consistent performance,” said Case. “Through this agreement, we have an opportunity to reach new audiences and further demonstrate the impact that our business solutions can have on companies across industries. We are excited to support Jessica in her pursuits on and off the course and look forward to the positive impact that this partnership will have on both of our communities.”

Acumatica is excited to include its community in this partnership by extending invitations to various hosted events at the upcoming LPGA tournaments.

Acumatica Customer Curran Spotlighted in Summit Keynote, IDC Study for its Successful Digital Transformation and Impressive Growth

Kirkland, Wash., February 13, 2023 — Showcasing businesses transforming their organizations through cloud ERP systems was a focus at Acumatica Summit in Las Vegas where customers were featured in main stage presentations, breakout sessions and engagement roundtables. Acumatica dedicated segments of its keynote presentations to stories about several customers overcoming challenges and thriving with the help of its ERP solutions including Curran, a luxury furniture and flooring retailer that has increased revenue by 40% thanks to Acumatica’s state-of-the-art cloud ERP software. Acumatica has enabled Curran to transition seamlessly to digital business management processes and improve purchase order accuracy and efficiency.

Leading technology analyst firm IDC spotlighted Curran’s impressive digital transformation and revenue increase in its special report about how successfully implementing and applying business management software can help midsized companies thrive in a competitive economic environment.

Doug Johnson, vice president of product management at Acumatica, shared the story of Curran’s successful cloud ERP implementation during the Summit Day 2 keynote address last month. He shared how Curran team members used technology to champion the company’s growth, and how their feedback has helped innovate and evolve Acumatica’s solutions.

Curran is a Seattle-based retailer providing an assortment of outdoor lifestyle and home fashion products to customers worldwide. The company previously relied on QuickBooks and paper-based processes for business management tasks. As technology advanced and digitization progressed, decision-makers at Curran realized the importance of transitioning to a digital-first strategy that would support their global team in managing diverse customers and a high volume of transactions.

Finding legacy systems to be inefficient and ineffective, Curran searched for an automated, cloud-enabled solution that would enhance data visibility, accurately manage inventory and support international currencies. Acumatica’s support for multiple base currencies and international sales tax allowed Curran to become a global player in the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors with plenty of room to grow into new market segments.

“We needed a modern, automated solution to help us compete within the ever-changing digital economy,” said Jeff Curran, founder of Curran. “After months of evaluating our options, we found that a cloud-based ERP software would provide access to needed data and streamline processes that bogged down our staff. Acumatica was the only system built on a modern platform that supported our needs with open connectivity for our homegrown website.”

After implementing Acumatica Cloud ERP Manufacturing Edition, Curran’s revenue rose 40%. Curran has also improved purchase order accuracy and eliminated manual data entry.

“Thanks to Acumatica, we can truly maximize the value of data and serve our customers effectively and efficiently,” said Curran. “Curran is now a modern, digital-first business that can support and manage substantial growth in revenue, staff and scale.”

Manufacturers like Curran understand the importance of becoming digital and data driven. However, many still lack the expertise and tools to build a roadmap and execute digital-first strategies. With Acumatica, Curran seamlessly transitioned to automated business management processes that allow employees to focus their time more strategically on tasks that help improve the business overall.

“Today’s business landscape is becoming increasingly digitized and fast-paced,” said John Case, CEO of Acumatica. “To compete, companies like Curran are investing in flexible and agile ERP applications that reduce the time spent on traditionally laborious processes and provide real-time customer data available anywhere, anytime. It’s great to see how Curran is using data and intelligence to reach new levels of growth and success.”

Cloud ERP Company Surpasses 10,000 Customers, Announces Updated Customer Bill of Rights and Celebrates Customer Success at Annual Event

LAS VEGAS – Jan. 30, 2023 — Acumatica, the world’s fastest-growing cloud ERP company, today outlined how its community of customers, partners and developers shapes business technology that is responsive to the real-world needs of small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). The company announced these valuable impacts and articulated specific rights customers should expect from their technology vendors in an opening day keynote address at its annual Summit event in Las Vegas, Nev., which was attended by more than 2,800 customers, partners and analysts.

The opening keynote address featured Acumatica CEO John Case, who underlined the cloud ERP provider’s dedication to supporting SMBs as they face the challenges of today’s economy. Case noted that, despite the economic environment, Acumatica continues to grow, surpassing 10,000 customers. He credited the continued momentum to the Acumatica Community, which understands the needs of its customers.

“The Summit is a key touchpoint in an ongoing dialogue that takes place throughout the year in community forums, in meetings and at events,” said Case. “It’s the voices of our customers that drive us all forward in everything we do.  Summit is a great opportunity to learn from the entire community – our customers, our partners, our people.”

Case also announced an update to Acumatica’s Customer Bill of Rights, which was initially published in July 2019. The new version expands on core principles to reflect the current business environment and the evolving organizational needs of today’s companies. In a blog post published today outlining each of the ten rights, Case wrote that Acumatica “firmly believes that all businesses have certain core rights in their dealings with technology vendors. Beyond just talking about it, today, we are spelling out these rights and recommitting to these promises.”

The Customer Bill of Rights includes practices customers deserve and should expect from software vendors, including clear fee structures, unlimited user licenses, pricing agreements without long-term commitments, complete ownership of and access to their data, a comprehensive security model and free training.

Throughout the Day 1 keynote presentation, Acumatica demonstrated its continued devotion to customer success following another year of record customer growth. Acumatica honored Avante Health Solutions as its Customer of the Year and LifeSource as its Impact Customer of the Year, highlighting the revenue growth each company experienced in 2022.

“Acumatica was the catalyst that helped us to reimagine our business services to better serve our customers, solving many challenges,” said Khan Tran, chief technology officer at Avante Health Solutions. “By introducing a digital ‘superstructure’ founded on Acumatica, we have basically embarked on a digital transformation journey with the creation of a single consolidated system, a System of Actions.”

“Acumatica was easy for our entire team to learn, and it’s also affordable,” said Kelly White, CEO of LifeSource. “I love that the product will grow with us as our organization size grows to save more lives. If you’re looking for ways to become more efficient, don’t wait any longer to find the right solution.”

“Small and midsized companies are the lifeblood of today’s digital economy—providing jobs, powering economic growth and driving innovation,” said Case. “Acumatica is focused on providing the features these businesses need and helping them propel the global economy forward.”

Acumatica was recently recognized as a Champion in SoftwareReviews’ 2022 Emotional Footprint Report, Enterprise Resource Planning – Midmarket, which was based on real-user reviews. The report indicated that 100% of the customers surveyed plan to renew their Acumatica engagements, and 94% find Acumatica’s solutions important to their professional success.
