Core Processing
Core Processing Enhancement developed by Information Integration Group, Inc. (IIG) allows companies to specify stock items requiring a core return when processed on a sales order or field service order transaction.
Using the added Run Core Processing action to the sales order and field service order entry forms users are able to create the core return sales order transactions for the items flagged as requiring a core return.
An added form displays all core return type sales order transactions created allowing the users to generate an invoice for billing customers for cores not returned.
Key features
- Core Processing enhancement allows for tracking core inventory to be returned for processed sales and field service orders
- Core Return SO transactions are generated using Run Core Processing action added to the sales and service order entry forms
- The added Invoice Customers for non-returned core products displays core return sales orders allowing the user to invoice customers for past due cores not returned
- Invoice is generated for core products non-returned using a non-stock in SO Preferences
