Commerce Pro is an extension to Acumatica Cloud ERP that contains several features that enhance functionality for merchants in the areas of inventory management,pricing, payments, and customer service.
The new Customer Order Summary screen aggregates order, shipping, quote and customer lifetime value information into one tab, saving time for customer service reps and providing the ability to personalize interactions. Shipping Restriction Zones ensures that regulations and laws are followed before items are shipped to states, countries, or zip codes. Collect Then Ship prevents lost revenue by requiring that payment is received before item ships. Kit enhancements like Kit Price Calculator, Quick Kits and Kit Number Display provide better visibility into the availability of kit components and provide more flexible pricing administration. Inventory enhancements like Cross-Sells and Up-Sells increase order value, while the Alternate Items feature ensures that you don’t miss a sale due to an out of stock item. Free Stock Items allows merchants to offer a “free gift” to incentive customers. Multi-Channel User Accounts gives administrators the option to require an email address and tie purchases from multiple sales channels to one contact record.
These features and more are part of the Commerce Pro package. While it is often sold along with Commerce Edition as an add-on, Commerce Pro can also be installed on the General Business, Distribution or Manufacturing editions.
