Workforce Go Payroll, People & Time

This is a very good solution that is intuitive and convenient for end users. It offers many useful features and provides a wealth of data for reporting and visibility across different areas. At the same time, it benefits from thoughtful and thorough configuration during implementation, as well as additional internal work to organize the data effectively, especially for end users who are not very tech-savvy.

The solution was implemented to address several key challenges: automating payroll integration with Acumatica, including GL posting and job costing; making payroll data by job available for various reports to meet project compliance requirements; ACA Reporting; streamlining and automating timecard submission electronically instead of via email; improving visibility into timecards and approval flows; tracking time-off accruals; and organizing HR processes, including onboarding/offboarding and managing asset assignments. Overall, the goal was to increase efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across payroll, HR, and time management processes.

We were looking to integrate our payroll with Acumatica.

We love having Workforce Go! as our new payroll solution. The software is easy to use, the support is great, and the integration with Acumatica makes our work seamless. We are excited to expand to new WFG modules in the future to keep all of our HR-related information in one place!

We get tons of value out of WFG's reporting feature. Each report is easy to navigate, filter, and customize so we can pull exactly the information we need. We also love the payroll processing flow. It steps us through each stage, ensuring that we don't miss any important steps. The whole process, from inputting hours all the way to integrating with our GL in Acumatica, is a breeze!

We were trying to find a solution to payroll and other HR related issues. We wanted to have something that integrated with Acumatica and was also a solution for timesheets.

We were using QuickBooks and it was not compatible with Acumatica our accounting software. The integration of the PR journal into Acumatica was a key feature.

The training that is provided on WFG is excellent, communication is good and if you have an issue just write up a support ticket and they will contact you.

Workforce Go! has streamlined our entire HR and Payroll processes, and our workforce is extremely pleased with the product. The best parts are outsourcing the payroll tax reporting, the direct integration, and a better user interface for the employees.

We were looking to reduce the amount of time spent on payroll, payroll taxes, time management with employees, PTO time organization, and we needed an HR platform. Workforce Go! is worth it because it makes payroll run a lot smoother and I personally don't to do the payroll taxes anymore. It's all great, the payroll itself, payroll taxes, and the HR platform, basically everything about it is valuable.

WFG has A LOT of functionality and for us easily meets our needs. It is a mature product and the WFG team has significant experience with the tools and with compliance.

We especially like the full suite of HR management functions and its integration with Acumatica.
