We were looking for Electronic PTO request, performance reviews, a better experience for employees and more access to their information. Workforce Go! has streamlined our entire HR and Payroll processes, and our workforce is extremely pleased with the product. The best parts are outsourcing the payroll tax reporting, the direct integration, and a better user interface for the employees.
We were looking to reduce the amount of time spent on payroll, payroll taxes, time management with employees, PTO time organization, and we needed an HR platform. Workforce Go! is worth it because it makes payroll run a lot smoother and I personally don't to do the payroll taxes anymore. It's all great, the payroll itself, payroll taxes, and the HR platform, basically everything about it is valuable.
We wanted to move our company to be more electronic. We were tired of all the paper documents. WFG is an amazing company who puts their customers first and is easy to use. Benefits - Open Enrollment is a great feature.
We needed an HR and Payroll system that is flexible and easy to use so that we do not have to change the growth strategy of the company because of the payroll system limitations. WFG has A LOT of functionality and for us easily meets our needs. It is a mature product and the WFG team has significant experience with the tools and with compliance.
We especially like the full suite of HR management functions and its integration with Acumatica.

We migrated our entire company business (6 locations throughout New England) over to Acumatica/WorkForceGo a little over one year ago. The learning curve was intense and the stress throughout the company was elevated. Lucky for us, we had excellent support from our client rep Debra Thompson, who has guided us with patience and never let the ball drop. One year later, we are very much alive and doing well, Thank You, Debra.
The HCM WorkforceGO/Acumatica GL Integration is super flexible and efficient. It was able to handle our complex organization structure with multiple Companies/Branches. The ability to summarize various earnings and deduction codes differently and add employee ID numbers to GL postings has helped streamline our reconciliations. The ability to review the GL postings before releasing them is also a nice feature. The entries import into Acumatica automatically, allowing for a quick review and release.
The level of control and permission setting has been a big improvement from our old solution. The integration with Acumatica is simple yet effective. There was a learning curve as you have with any solution but overall it has been simple enough. The initial setup did take some time but was well done. Customer service has been quick and effective. The pricing is a little higher than I would like but you do get what you pay for.
