Collectively, this means putting our 10,000+ customers first. From offering the ERP industry’s first Customer Bill of Rights, which outlines what customers can expect from us as their ERP provider, to our annual cloud ERP Summit that’s centered on elevating the customer community experience, we go all out to ensure they succeed.

We know our desire to help our customers succeed is shared by our industry-best partner network. Our Value Added Resellers (VARs) sell, implement, and support our best-in-class business management solution, and our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) develop unique third-party applications that seamlessly integrate with our Cloud xRP Platform, which enables the Acumatica team to focus on building an innovative, affordable, and user-friendly product that solves the real-world problems faced by the SMBs we all serve.  We also have Alliance Partners and Service Partners to help us better address what businesses need to succeed.

Every year, we recognize the partners who have gone above and beyond to help the Acumatica Community flourish with our annual Acumatica Cloud ERP Awards. Winners, who are chosen from the finalists within the different award categories noted below, will be announced during Acumatica Summit 2026 (January 25-28).

Partner Awards

Partner of the Year:

The Partner of the Year is a global recognition of the partner that has the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals, growth, and revenue contribution to Acumatica. To be eligible, the partner must be a Partner in Good Standing and meet all other partner program framework requirements.​

International Partner of the Year:

The International Partner of the Year recognizes the partner outside of North America that has the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals, growth, and revenue contribution to Acumatica. ​

ISV Partner of the Year:

The ISV Partner of the Year award recognizes the ISV partner who has the highest contribution to net new and expansion revenue.

Alliance Partner of the Year:

The Partner of the Year recognizes the organization who has successfully sourced and generated the highest number of NCA opportunities throughout 2025.

Excellence Awards

Recognizing overall excellence and high performance in key business areas.

Rookie of the Year: 

The Rookie of the Year award recognizes the partner with highest number of customer acquisitions in their first eighteen months​.

Growth:

The Growth award recognizes the partner with the highest percentage of year-over-year growth.

The Cloud Adoption award recognizes the partner who has demonstrated commitment to transitioning customers from their legacy base over to Acumatica.

Vertical Innovation:

The award honors the ISV that best leverages the Acumatica platform to deliver deep vertical functionality.

Development Excellence:

The Development Excellence Award honors a service-only partner that delivers exceptional value by creating customizations on the Acumatica platform to support partners and customers.

The Implementation Excellence Award recognizes the service partner that consistently delivers exceptional Acumatica implementations, measured by timely customer go-live, customer satisfaction, partner feedback, and delivery excellence.

Presidents Club

The Acumatica Presidents Club is a prestigious award that is given to the most successful Acumatica Gold Certified VAR partners and elite ISV partners. Presidents Club winners will be announced at Acumatica’s Summit in Seattle.

All finalists will be recognized at the Partner General Session on Day 1 of Summit 2026, during which we will announce the winners in each category. Winners will be contacted to have their pictures taken with the Acumatica executive team following the conclusion of the Partner General Session on Monday, January 26, 2026.
