For more than a decade, Acumatica’s annual Summit has provided attendees who come from all over the world with a robust program full of opportunities to learn, discover, and network. Acumatica Summit 2026 (January 25-28, registration is open!) carries on this vital tradition of information-sharing —but that doesn’t mean it’s the same.
So, what’s changed?
As most Acumatica Community members know, we’re exchanging the desert setting of Las Vegas for the lush landscapes and vast cultural offerings of Seattle. This move to a brand new location also means a new venue, the award-winning Seattle Convention Center (Summit Building), featuring state-of-the-art event space that meets the needs of an expanding event. And though we’re once again offering a wide array of breakout sessions designed to enhance attendees’ cloud ERP knowledge and increase their business performance, we’re taking them up a notch.
Let’s look at what our 2026 roster of breakout sessions offers Acumatica Summit attendees.
Informative, Interactive, and Immersive Breakout Sessions: All Rolled into One
During Acumatica Summit 2026, customers, partners, and developers will have their choice of more than 70 educational and enlightening breakout sessions. Each one will be led by subject matter experts and industry leaders eager to share how Acumatica’s innovative business management solution supports success in today’s digital world.
As in previous Summits, all of our breakout sessions will be informative, interactive, and immersive. Regardless of which breakout session they sign up for, attendees will:

- Learn how to alleviate business challenges with Acumatica.
Each learning-filled, one-hour breakout session covers industry-specific and platform intensive topics including Core Platform, Technical, Construction & Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Also, within the breakout session line up will be a choice of one-or-two hour workshops (providing hands-on experience) and a roundtable discussion that dives deep into specific Acumatica’s constantly innovating features and capabilities.

Inventory Management: Smart Allocation Tools to Optimize Inventory Across Every Order
Managing inventory across warehouses and channels is increasingly complex. This session for distributors, explores how features like Manage Sales Allocation, PO Sourcing, Warehouse Transfers, and Order Orchestration can help optimize order fulfillment, reduce delays, and improve decision-making.
Acumatica Payments: Speed Meets Simplicity
Payment management is every business’s balancing act. Acumatica Payments enables businesses to improve credit card and ACH collections, giving their customers more ways to pay. Attendees will learn how to leverage Acumatica Payments to manage various collection scenarios, from prepayments to recurring payments. They will walk away armed with the resources needed to successfully accept payments in Acumatica, using tools like payment portals, payment links, and payment reconciliation.
ROUNDTABLE (2-Hour Session) | Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ): A Manufacturing Discussion
Configuring complex products and generating accurate quotes are critical for manufacturers. This roundtable invites attendees to share experiences with CPQ—from guided selling and rules-based configuration to pricing and quoting workflows. The Acumatica Product Management Team will gather feedback to inform future enhancements. Join us to connect with peers, discuss challenges, and help shape the evolution of CPQ in Acumatica.
Acumatica Construction and Services: Experts Take Your Questions
This session is an interactive Q&A with Acumatica’s Construction, Field Services, and Professional Services experts—including product leaders, solution engineers, and consultants. Ask us your toughest questions about today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities. Attendees can submit questions in advance or ask them live during the session.
WORKSHOP (2-hour) | AI Agents: Hands-On Workshop for Intelligent Automation with Acumatica AI Studio
This interactive 2-hour workshop is designed for users, administrators, and partners who want a deeper, technical understanding of Acumatica’s ERP solution. Attendees will explore key modules, features, and capabilities of the platform, gain insights into best practices for configuration and usage, and see demonstrations of tools that improve productivity and efficiency. The session will include hands-on exercises, guided discussions, and tips for leveraging Acumatica to meet specific business needs. Attendees will gain a stronger grasp of the platform and learn actionable strategies for getting the most out of Acumatica in their organizations.
