The Acumatica Self-Service Customer Portal offers a primary hub to connect with the latest support and educational content. Furthermore, it acts as a gateway to Acumatica’s community of customers—where you can share ideas on topics of interest. Registration, self-service, and community-driven support are available to you at no additional charge, as well as access to:

  • Product downloads
  • Searchable knowledge base
  • Product suggestion submission and voting
  • Latest product documentation

Need Acumatica Community Access?

Follow these easy steps to log in:

  1. Click the Acumatica Community link.
  2. Click “log in” at the top right of the screen.
  3. If you already have an Acumatica Customer Portal log in, that’s it.
  4. If you don’t have an Acumatica Account, click on “Sign up page” option there or follow the link and complete the registration.

The Acumatica Community page is now also the new home for the knowledge base, product feedback and voting system, and Acumatica User Groups.
