Raumix and Tosas, independently operated subsidiaries of Raubex, struggled for years to implement a legacy ERP system that was over budget, complex, and poorly configured. It required costly consultants for minor changes, lacked integration, and disrupted operations during updates. It also didn’t support field services, remote access, and equipment tracking. Ultimately, the companies abandoned the system due to inefficiency, high cost, and the inability to meet their operational needs.

The prior implementations took two or three years longer, and six to ten times the original cost that was budgeted for the implementation.
