End users will be able to conduct full quality testing from receiving, production, shipping, to ongoing stability testing. The solution provides a structured, system-driven, and streamlined approach to proactively investigating, evaluating, documenting, and validating key events.

Great Product in Native Acumatica and Top Customer Service

We have have been talking / working with eWorkplace Apps for several months and decided their product would be a good fit for our manufacturing quality management needs. Their really was no better option as this software is build in native Acumatica and allowed us to utilize one system with one login. eWorkplace Apps not only build a easily customizable and navigatable software within Acumatica, but their customer service has been second to none. I would highly recommend to anyone using Acumatica who has quality managment needs to seriously consider eWorkplace Apps solution.

Customer Service and Expertise-A Winning Combination

We are using a customized version of Acumatica 2020 R1 with the integrated Quality Module functionality to support our customer base which is predominantly comprised of Biopharmaceutical companies regulated by various Boards of Health. Our company, while not directly subjected to oversight by Boards of Health, has put into place processes and procedures designed to comply with cGMP requirements. Additionally our company tailors it product support documentation (labels and Certificates) to meet its individual customer needs. In both cases, our company managed to accomplished these tasks via manual methodologies. Integration of the cloud-based Quality Module into our daily processing routine seemed a daunting challenge. Working with eWorkplace personnel has made the transition as seamless has possible. Their expertise and willingness/ability to find time to support our integration has greatly exceeded my expectations and made the in the integration process much easier and effective.
