After a lengthly sales process, Netstock committed to delivering a solution that could satisfy our needs. We had specific requirements about capturing demand at a granular detail for large groups of customers. Despite many concessions, such as grouping numerous customers into categories and paying to expand server capacity, the system could not handle what was sold. We worked with their leadership and multiple skilled individuals within the organization. The team worked very hard to try to solve the solution and I commend the team for that, but they could not deliver. Netstock simply oversold their capabilities. After working with senior leadership in their financial team, they were unwilling to provide any refund. We had numerous discussions between Acumatica and Netstock and Netstock simply refused to take any financial responsibility for their failures. In conclusion, their implementation and tech teams work hard, but their sales team oversells the system capabilities and their leadership is unwilling to take responsibility.
We've been very pleased with the integration of Netstock into our Acumatica system. The analytics provided by Netstock have been invaluable, offering deep insights that help us make more informed decisions. The analytic algorithms saves us time and significantly improved our order processes, making our operations more efficient. Overall, Netstock has been a great addition to our business.
Great product to take inventory management to the next level including BOM demand and Central Warehouse planning. The detailed reports and dashboards have given our purchasers the tools they need without having to spend hours creating spreadsheets.
