Officially launched as part of our Acumatica 2023 R2 release, Acumatica Payments provides users with a streamlined, secure, and compliant payment solution embedded directly into Acumatica. Its introduction was met with praise by Acumatica customers, like Jeff Foster, VP Operations, West Coast Turf, who tapped Acumatica Payments to replace the company’s previous credit card processing company—a company that cost them tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

Now, Acumatica Payments is extending its efficient payment acceptance and processing capabilities further with new, customer-focused partnerships. During our recently wrapped Acumatica Summit 2026, the Acumatica team announced our acquisition of CoreChain Technologies, a new partnership and integration with AvidXchange, and the strengthening of our integration with BILL.

BILL

BILL is an AI-powered financial operations platform that helps businesses pay bills, send invoices, manage expenses, control budgets, and access credit. In October 2025, Acumatica and BILL teamed up, empowering our shared customers to manage and pay their bills within our ERP.

Accounts Payable Automation, powered by BILL enables users to automate their entire accounts payable and receivable workflow. It includes paying vendors (with automated payments and real-time payment status updates), customized and streamlined approvals, time-stamped audit trails, full dashboard visibility into cash flow activity, and customized to-do lists, but the partnership got even better this year with a new, deeper integration that provides bidirectional synchronization of data between the two powerful systems.

In their blog post introducing the new integrations, BILL shares, “With this integration, vendors, accounts, bills, credits and all payment activity are automatically reflected across both systems for supported workflows, helping reduce errors, mismatched records and extra steps. The result is simpler workflows and data you can trust.”

BILL also noted, “Customers of both BILL and Acumatica now have a single source of truth for their data. Bills, credits, and all payment activity—from checks and ACH to corporate card transactions—automatically sync across both systems, eliminating extra tools, double entry, and manual reconciliation.”

AvidXchange

AvidXchange is an intelligent AP solution that uses AI and automation to help businesses transform the way they receive, manage, and pay their bills. Without touching any paper, users can process invoices and make payments while connecting seamlessly to their ERP.

In April 2026, Acumatica will launch a deeply embedded AP Payments product with AvidXchange, and the new partnership promises to deliver a streamlined end-to-end payment process for our joint customers.

AvidXchange, in its press release announcing the partnership, noted that the connection between Acumatica’s cloud ERP solution, with its network of more than 1.3 million suppliers will improve visibility and the payment experience.

During Summit, we announced the exciting acquisition of CoreChain, a company that’s processed over $1 billion in B2B payments since it opened its doors in 2020.
