Confidence level indicators reflect detection reliability based on data volume and grouping consistency, so you know when results warrant immediate action.

Configure detection to run automatically on daily, weekly, or monthly schedules using Acumatica’s Automation Schedules. Business event alerts trigger email notifications or SMS text notifications, summarizing new anomalies as soon as they are detected, including severity, reference number, vendor, status, actual value, and expected value. Notifications may include links directly to the data element for drill-downs to underlying transactions. You can further add workflows to route notifications to other users if anomalies require additional insight from managers or other users. Dashboard widgets surface anomaly counts as KPI widgets on any Acumatica dashboard, giving managers at-a-glance visibility without navigating directly to the inquiry.
