Equipment & Warranty Tracking

Advanced Solutions Equipment & Warranty Tracking Module (EWT) maintains a comprehensive database on equipment delivered to customers including make, model and serial numbers -- for both finished goods and their sub-assemblies. Written in native Acumatica, the module inter-connects Order Management, Projects, CRM/CASE, Inventory and Manufacturing -- providing all required information to track equipment throughout its lifetime.

EWT tracks warranty including complex commitments/plans -- for instance, a two-year warranty on part A and a one-year warranty on part B. Its “As Delivered” database is dynamic providing the means to maintain updates to versions, BOM’s and equipment in support of repairs and upgrades. Returns are per RMA order with costs to repair captured. Product disposition is updated in EWT upon repair (and billable if out of warranty).

EWT also may track inhouse equipment configurations and is fully compatible with Advanced Solutions FlexMFG manufacturing solution to build equipment, define BOMs and manage warranties and invoices for all parts and labor related to the repairs rendered.
