We had been using an outdated FP&A software that was difficult to navigate through and not very flexible. AppComputing was recommended to us through our IT partners and it has been a nice breath of fresh air. The user interface was easy to use and required minimal training.
The fixed assets module was a pleasant surprise. We were able to migrate our data over easily using the Excel templates and have been using the fixed assets module for reporting ever since. The HR module is also very seamless and flexible to our needs.
From a client service perspective, our questions have been answered promptly and any issues have been addressed immediately. Our suggestions to improve the software was taken sincerely and implemented as well, and not left as a ticket as most software providers would do.
Overall, I am happy with the software and look forward to learning more about it's capabilities and functions.
AppComputing combines sophistication with simplicity; it will accommodate any complex budget or forecast model, but everything is easy: implementation, entering formulas, adding sheets, and creating reports. In addition, the customer service is superior. On the [infrequent] occasions we had questions, we received quick and accurate answers through an email or phone / Zoom call. We didn’t have to go through the drill of entering a ticket and waiting for hours, or days, for a resolution. AppComputing treated us like a valued customer. Finally, the price is reasonable compared to budgeting and forecasting software. From my POV, AppComputing is the best value our there, and I’m pleased that we chose them for our budgeting and forecasting needs.
