The Acumatica resellers have developed business strategies which align to the core focuses of our program: growing their customer base, retaining clients, and ensuring they remain satisfied with the services and solutions provided. Acumatica rewards partners who excel in these key initiatives.
Additionally, the success of our VARs is further enhanced by Acumatica’s Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), who provide indisputable value by extending Acumatica’s functionality using our Cloud xRP Platform to develop third-party applications. These applications can be found on the Acumatica Marketplace and provide Acumatica VARs with strategic resources which maximize their profitability.
Acumatica would like to recognize the stand-out partners whose 2022 performance was exemplary. The Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 Award winners will be announced live at Acumatica Summit 2023 in the Partner General Session on Monday, January 30, 2023, at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 Partner Award Finalists
Below are descriptions of the awards and the finalists in each category.
Partner of the Year:
The Partner of the Year is a global recognition of the partner that has the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals, and revenue contribution to Acumatica. To be eligible, the partner must be a Partner in Good Standing and meet all other partner program framework requirements.
International Partner of the Year:
The International Partner of the Year is a global recognition of the international partner outside of North America that has the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals, and revenue contribution to Acumatica. To be eligible, the partner must be a Partner in Good Standing and meet all other partner program framework requirements.
ISV Partner of the Year:
The ISV Partner of the Year Award recognizes an ADN Level 2 or 3 partner whose certified Always Current solution(s) generated the most calendar year deal expansion revenue ratio.
Acumatica Innovation Award:
The Acumatica Innovation Award recognizes an ADN Level 2 or 3 partner whose solution(s) demonstrated an innovative go-to-market approach aligned on strong development, high customer satisfaction and reaching new markets.
Rookie of the Year:
The Rookie of the Year Partner Excellence Award recognizes the partner who closes their first deal in the first six months and quickly acquires multiple customers in the first eighteen months of partnership.
The Cloud Adoption Excellence Award (Growth) recognizes the partner with the largest percentage (or number) of year-over-year growth.
True North Partner:
The True North Partner Award is awarded to a small to medium sized partner whose sales and customer service demonstrate excellence against key Acumatica KPIs, including, but not limited to CSAT, high close rate, strong ASP, superior customer retention and growth.
The xRP Platform Excellence Award recognizes the ADN Level 2 or 3 partner that has demonstrated strong commitment and innovative solution development leveraging the xRP Platform and interact with other ISV solutions in support of customers.
The Development Excellence Award recognizes the ADN Level 2 or 3 partner that has leveraged technology and/or an innovative business development mindset to disrupt the market and challenge the norm, enabling customers to overcome obstacles and take their business to the next level.
The Acumatica Quick Start Award recognizes an ADN Level 2 or 3 partner whose solution(s) was developed, launched on Acumatica Marketplace, and generated sales.
Industry-specific Excellence Awards (Partners)
The Partner Excellence Awards recognize the partners who sold the most industry Editions in 2022 while achieving a high customer satisfaction score.

The Acumatica Presidents Club is a prestigious award that is given to the most successful Acumatica Gold Certified VAR partners and the most elite ISV and OEM partners. President Club winners will be announced at Acumatica’s Summit in Las Vegas.
All finalists are encouraged to attend the Partner General Session on Day 1 where we will announce the winners in each category, including Presidents Club. Winners will be contacted to have their pictures taken with the Acumatica executive team later on Monday, January 30, 2023.
