Supporting our Value Added Resellers (VARs) is key to our continued and shared success, and we deliver this valuable support via our five-star Acumatica Partner Program. Recognized as industry best, our partner program offers continuous training, generous margins/terms, and a rock-solid, no-compete promise.
Our goal is to provide Acumatica VARs with every tool and resource they need to succeed, and the innovative, third-party applications developed by our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) fall into this category. Based on our Cloud xRP Platform, ISV applications—which are located on the Acumatica Marketplace—extend Acumatica’s already robust functionality with tailored features and capabilities. Acumatica VARs can share these applications with their customers, thus helping them meet their unique needs and creating an efficient, profitable business.
With all of this in mind, we want to recognize and shine a spotlight on those VARs and ISVs whose actions and performance stood out in 2023. The winners of the 2024 Acumatica Cloud ERP Awards will be announced live at Acumatica Summit 2024 during the Partner General Session on Monday, January 29, 2024. Here are the finalists in multiple award categories.
Finalists for the 2024 Acumatica Cloud ERP Awards
Below are descriptions of the awards and the finalists in each category.
Partner of the Year:
The Partner of the Year is a global recognition of the partner that has the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals, growth and revenue contribution to Acumatica. To be eligible, the partner must be a Partner in Good Standing and meet all other partner program framework requirements.
The finalists are: Blytheco LLC; Net at Work, NexTec Group; SWK Technologies, Inc.
International Partner of the Year:
The International Partner of the Year is a recognition of the international partner outside of North America that has the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals, growth and revenue contribution to Acumatica. To be eligible, the partner must be a Partner in Good Standing and meet all other partner program framework requirements.

ISV Partner of the Year:
The Acumatica ISV Partner of the Year Award recognizes the ISV who generated the Acumatica Marketplace’s highest deal expansion revenue ratio in 2023.

Acumatica Innovation Award:
The Acumatica Innovation Award recognizes the ISV that has demonstrated the highest degree of innovation and built on the Acumatica Platform.

Excellence Awards
Rookie of the Year:
The Rookie of the Year Partner Excellence Award recognizes the partner with highest customer acquisition in their first eighteen months of partnership.

Growth:
The Excellence Award for Growth recognizes the partner with the largest percentage or number of year-over-year growth.

True North Partner:
The True North Partner Award is awarded to a small to medium sized partner whose sales and customer service demonstrate excellence against key Acumatica KPIs, including, but not limited to CSAT, high close rate, strong ASP, superior customer retention and growth.

Cloud Adoption Ace:
The Cloud Adoption Ace award is given to the reselling partner who has demonstrated commitment to transitioning customers from their legacy base over to Acumatica.

Customer Success

Presidents Club
The Acumatica Presidents Club is a prestigious award that is given to the most successful Acumatica Gold Certified VAR partners and the most elite ISV and OEM partners. President Club winners will be announced at Acumatica’s Summit in Las Vegas.
All finalists are encouraged to attend the Partner General Session on Day 1 where we will announce the winners in each category, including Presidents Club. Winners will be contacted to have their pictures taken with the Acumatica executive team later on Monday, January 29, 2024.
