Amazon Settlement Report and Reconciliation

Acumatica’s native integration with Amazon automates the synchronization of Amazon’s orders, invoices, inventory levels, shipment, and tracking notifications with Acumatica’s order management, inventory, financial, and CRM modules. It’s a game-changing feature for retailers, and Acumatica 2025 R2 is enhancing its functionality even further.

Now, you can bring Amazon settlement reports directly into Acumatica and reconcile them with Acumatica’s ERP data. The days of logging into Amazon, downloading Amazon’s payment settlement report (which is generated every two weeks), creating an import scenarios that matches Amazon’s format with Acumatica’s format, uploading it into Acumatica’s Import by Scenarios form, and manually matching transactions are over.

In Acumatica, your settlement data will pull in daily so you don’t have to wait, and transactions are matched automatically using reference IDs, order IDs, dates, and amounts. Payments, refunds, and even Amazon’s surprise fees are supported with this new functionality, and it provides built-in duplication protections. Plus, you’ll have a dashboard under the commerce workspace that lets you check your settlement report status quickly and easily.

As your sales grow, you’ll still be able to manage your transactions because Acumatica imports the data every in bite-sized pieces. The result? Less manual work, fewer errors, more time saved, and increased confidence.

Shopify Integration Deepens

Acumatica and Shopify are two powerhouse business management solutions that seamlessly work as a team via Acumatica’s native Shopify integration. However, before Acumatica 2025 R2, there was one challenge: managing the quoting process.

Both systems support the quoting process, but they did so separately.

With Acumatica 2025 R2, you can now sync Shopify draft orders directly into Acumatica’s sales code, eliminating duplicate data entry and the possible errors that came with it. The flow of information will now be smooth and efficient, allowing fast, reliable service to your customers.

BigCommerce Multi-Location Syncing

Acumatica’s native integration with BigCommerce integrates retailers’ websites with Acumatica’s financials, inventory, operations, and reporting. As a retailer, fulfilling orders is a breeze, but pre Acumatica 2025 R2, there was a catch: you couldn’t tell within BigCommerce where your inventory was located (though you could in Acumatica).

Fortunately, a new BigCommerce multi-location inventory integration is fixing this problem that often led to longer delivery times and higher shipping costs. Now, your inventory from each Acumatica warehouse automatically syncs directly into BigCommerce locations, allowing customers to see accurate stock by location on the website in real time and to buy your product online but pick it up in the store you want.
