In about two months, thousands of Acumatica community members will descend on Las Vegas to attend Acumatica Summit 2023 (January 29 – February 3, 2023, at the beautiful five-star Wynn Las Vegas). Our annual cloud ERP event is the time when attendees can set aside the pressures of daily life and focus their attention on learning all about Acumatica’s award-winning cloud ERP software and the integrated solutions found in our extensive Acumatica Marketplace.

During Summit, the Acumatica Marketplace comes alive as hundreds of our valued Acumatica ISV partners become sponsors, which allows them to exhibit their state-of-the-art third-party applications and share their expertise in person. However, partners who are thinking about a sponsorship but haven’t yet acted need to hurry.


Because we’re nearly sold of our sponsorships, and we don’t want partners to miss out on the tremendous benefits of becoming an Acumatica Summit 2023 sponsor.

Before we dive into the benefits of becoming a Premier, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsor, we need to quickly acknowledge just how big the Acumatica Marketplace has grown over the last few years. During Acumatica Summit 2022, we filled 50,000 square feet of exhibit space with 100+ returning and new ISVs—a record-breaking number—and this year, we’re anticipating even more partner exhibitors.

In order to accommodate our continued—and exciting—growth, we’ve secured additional exhibit space. Summit will now include two Acumatica Marketplaces located in the Lafite and Latour Ballrooms, providing our anticipated 3000+ in-person attendees with a roomy and comfortable experience.

With this in mind, let’s take a look at the benefits of becoming an Acumatica Summit 2023 sponsor.

Grow ISV Relationships, Brand

As a sponsor, Acumatica ISVs have an opportunity to generate leads, close deals, and build relationships with prospective customers. It’s the perfect place to connect one-on-one with Acumatica executives, sales management, and industry analysts, and by doing so, help them establish relationships as well as cement their unique position in the Acumatica Marketplace.

Turn-Key Booths

This year, Acumatica sponsors will have the pleasure of forgoing the packing, shipping, setting up, and tearing down of their own booth as they will be supplied with a turn-key booth. Exhibitor booth size and amenities will vary based on their sponsorship level, and each sponsor will need to supply their own business cards/materials and upload their design and artwork ideas into the Sponsor Portal by a pre-determined date.

Even More Benefits

In addition to the growth and booth benefits, there are some extra benefits Acumatica ISVs can expect. For example, every sponsorship level provides partners with full Summit and Marketplace passes (number of passes based on sponsorship level), their profile on the Summit website (including company name and logo with a specified word limit), and digital advertising in the Marketplace. Further benefits, such as private one hour meeting rooms, a partner solution session, pre-and-post Summit email, and a social media post, are also available based on sponsorship level.

Think In or Outside the Booth

Taken altogether, these benefits make becoming an Acumatica Summit 2023 sponsor a phenomenal opportunity. But keep in mind that we’ve been actively selling sponsorships since the end of Acumatica Summit 2022, which means booth locations are already being selected through the interactive map in the Sponsor Portal. Acting sooner than later assures our partners of getting a larger booth located in a prime location.

Acumatica Marketplace: Driving Success

Our goal for the Acumatica Marketplace is to drive success for partners and customers alike. To ensure we meet it, we’ve made a few more improvements, such as extending breaks between breakout sessions, giving attendees more time to visit sponsors. We’re also planning to place food and beverage stations strategically around the exhibit areas, which will draw attendees into each Marketplace—as will an interactive NASCAR exhibit of the Denny Hamlin Acumatica car and a complimentary headshot booth with the services of a professional make-up artist.

And we decided to relocate the Sponsor Showcase presentations into the Acumatica Marketplaces with three large, theater-style booths outfitted with monitors, which allows multiple 30-minute sponsor presentations to take place simultaneously throughout the day. It’s a tremendous opportunity for sponsors to introduce their applications to potentially thousands of new customers and partners.
