The Acumatica Customer Experience at Summit 2024

And in just 9 weeks, these same community members will gather at the luxurious Wynn Las Vegas for Acumatica Summit 2024 (January 28 – 31, 2024) to learn, connect, celebrate, and discover how Acumatica can help them fuel their success in today’s digital economy.

According to Acumatica customer Renee Schafer, Director of Operations at Data Security, Inc., Acumatica’s Summit offers a superior customer experience in comparison to competitor events. She says:

For us, as people who exhibit and attend conferences—whether we’re selling our own stuff or just attending as vendors or customers—the Acumatica Summit is by far, hands down, our favorite one to go to. Acumatica Summit 2024: Expanded Opportunities for Current, New, and Prospective Customers

For current, new, and prospective customers, Acumatica Summit 2024 is three packed days of expanded opportunities for building solid, lasting connections and expanding their cloud ERP knowledge by attending insightful keynotes, informative breakout sessions, and invigorating social events. Let’s look at a few event examples, starting with our hands-on and very popular Hackathon.

Acumatica Hackathon 2024, which kicks off Summit on Saturday, is not just for developers but is open to all roles, especially our customers. Carrying on the exciting tradition of Summits past, teams of six or more attendees—including customers, developers, marketers, and other community members—will be pitted against each other in a friendly competition to see who can create the best cutting-edge application for (and on) Acumatica’s Cloud xRP Platform. This year, teams have the exciting task of aligning their applications with the critical Sustainable Development Goals that reflect Acumatica Community values.

Hackathon enhances participants’ professional relationships and increases their cloud ERP knowledge—as does participation in our keynote sessions. During the Day One Keynote Session, customers representing multiple industries will join Acumatica leaders onstage to share personal, real-world stories of success with Acumatica, serving as inspiration for other customers who are seeking to utilize technology more fully in their own businesses.

These customer Keynote appearances are supplemented by the Interactive Customer Panel session taking place on Day One as well as a separate panel on the third day. Three of Acumatica’s top customers for each of these panels shared no-filter details of how Acumatica has dramatically transformed their operations, from helping them overcome challenges and the features and capabilities that have helped them the most to what implementation challenges they may have faced and why they picked Acumatica as their business management solution.

The Acumatica Summit 2024 agenda is brimming with customer-focused sessions— where they can have their questions answered and discover best practices—and with fun social events, like the Welcome Reception. Our well-attended opening event , located in the Acumatica Marketplace, will be full of ISV exhibits and Summit sponsors, delicious food and beverages, and a few other not-to-be-missed surprises. It’s a great opportunity for customers to mingle with peers, partners, creators, and analysts.

Finally, we have two additional customer-specific experiences to highlight: the Customer Experience Hub and the Customer Showcase. The Customer Experience Hub is a chance for customers to review Acumatica and offer their unvarnished feedback via a video recording or in writing. In exchange for their honest opinions, we’ll provide them with valuable swag and gifts. As to the Customer Showcase, various customers will be displaying their products and displays throughout the resort, putting a spotlight on the amazing diversity of our customer base.

Acumatica Summit 2024: A Customer-Centric Event

Regardless of how big their business is or where they’re located, Acumatica Summit 2024 offers every customer a deep dive into what makes Acumatica a leader in the global ERP marketplace. Current, new, and prospective customers will have unfettered access to other customers, which means they’ll hear real customers’ real opinions. And customers will get a firsthand look at how Acumatica’s cloud ERP software amply serves a cross-section of industries.
