Denver, Colorado, August 28, 2014 – Acumatica, a leading provider of cloud business management software, announced updates to its Partner Program and the opening of a new Level 2 Support Center in Ohio.
“By separating compensation or margins from competency or skills, and customer satisfaction, we believe that it will make it easier for customers to truly identify the right partner to address their specific needs,” said VP of Partner Strategy and Enablement Richard Duffy.
The partner program and recognition levels now tie to certifications against product skills and customer satisfaction, which are the two most important aspects of partner capability based on customer feedback.
These updates were announced this week in Denver, where Acumatica is hosting more than 400 partners at its annual Acumatica Partner Summit. The 100-percent partner channel company also kicked off training for its partners covering sales, implementation, and development yesterday.
Duffy said: “Our award-winning partner program focuses on competency, compensation, and conversation. Conversation is what we will be doing with our new Acumatica Roadshows, quarterly trainings in different cities across the US which brings us closer to our partners.”
The revised training courses are more aligned to the actual ERP implementation process, and combined with the newly launched EMPOWER Implementation Methodology, partners will have the skills and tools for customer and partner success, added Duffy.
Acumatica also announced the opening of a new Level 2 support center in Ohio, to better serve the support needs of partners.
“We heard you, and we’re giving you what you want,” said Ali Jani, VP of Product Management and Services. “Not only did we open the new support center, we created new direct support programs that partners can sell to their customers.”
Duffy said: “What all this means for our customers is that they are now able to place even more faith and trust in our partners’ ability to successfully deliver an ERP implementation that helps them unlock their business potential.”
CEO Jon Roskill said: “We go to market 100 percent with and through our partners and we want to ensure they are being cared for and given the best chances to succeed. As we improve the quality and coverage of our partners by adding more marquee partners such as Collins Computing, BHE Consulting, and CS3 Technology, it makes sense our Partner Program and Support level up to serve them and our customers better.”
