Our integration is compatible with both Jira Cloud and Jira Server products. It empowers you to automate workflows, enabling the retrieval of user and employee worklogs and timesheets data from Jira directly into Acumatica.

1. Connection Configuration:
Configure the connection settings between Acumatica and Jira.

2. Mapping and Synchronization:
Map Acumatica entities (Employee, Projects, Project Tasks, and Account Groups) with their Jira equivalents (Users, Projects, Issues, and Issue Types) to ensure seamless synchronization.

3. Data Retrieval and Validation:
Run the data fetch process to retrieve employee timesheets from Jira and prepare them for import into Acumatica. This step includes a validation mechanism that identifies and prevents the processing of invalid records. It also provides clear reasons for review and adjustment of these records.

4. Data Processing in Acumatica:
Process the prepared data into Acumatica, where it will be saved as Project Transactions.
